Amsterdam, the Netherlands,  from 25 – 30 August 2019

ABOUT

Each person has their own strengths and weaknesses. Some people spend all their lives doing jobs based on their weaknesses. At the same time if you determine correctly what your strengths are and try to build your future career based on what you do well then success may await! That is one of the basics of becoming a Future Leader.

We invite Future Leaders to come to this training. It will help them to determine their own strengths, to understand yourself better and to find out what you do the best. The training will allow each person to determine their own competitive advantages – and will also discover how to utilize your strengths.

Each person is unique. Each person has a unique set of qualities. During the training for future leaders we will analyse the personality of each person and try to determine their strengths and weaknesses. If you do a job which requires the use of your weaknesses – most probably you will never be the best in that job. However, knowing what your strengths are you can chose a job based around your strengths. You will be able to plan your future career in accordance with your strengths and not your weaknesses!

The training for Future Leaders will allow you to realize your strong points, enhance them and find the ways to base your career on youth strengths. The training is designed for International Youth Future Leaders who want to understand better what they do the best and find the right direction for their future career!

PROGRAM

The training will be conducted by a professional business trainer, holder of MBA degree.

The training is designed using the following methodologies:
Sessions – sessions where the trainer will elaborate on the following topics – if something is our weakness we can never be the best to do the work where we use this weakness. Yes, we can work on it and improve it but if something is your weakness you will never be the best doing that. At the same time if you know what is your strengths and do the job based on it – that is where you will be successful.
Tests – a number of tests and assessment trying to determine various personal and professional skills and qualities. The tests and assessments will allow every person to have a better understanding of own character. After each test the trainer will analyze with the group the outcomes of the test.
Reflection – the participants will have the reflection sessions where they will be asked to share the express themselves and reflect on the previous events.
Group work – group activities where each person will demonstrate own skills of working in the group. Moreover, during the group work participants often will be asked to provide peer assessment to each other.
Feedback – the participants will receive regular feedback from the trainer and from other members of the group. Thanks to this feedback they will be able to see how their behavior looks for people around.

The methodology used during the training will allow each person to understand better his/her own professional and personal qualities. The trainer will provide individual feedback and recommendations to each participant.

The most important objective of the training is to understand own strengths and to discuss how they can be developed and used in a future professional work.

VISA

We provide a visa invitation for the visa to the Netherlands. Please note – visa invitation is not a visa – with the invitation that we will send, you will still need to go to the closest Dutch Consulate and apply for a visa.
Together with the visa invitation you will need to provide other documents – usually those documents include passport, passport size photo, filled application form, insurance, proof of means, proof of work/study and other documents. The list of the documents might slightly differ depending on the country where you apply for a visa. Please check the website of the closest Dutch Consulate to see what is the list of the documents you need to prepare.

In most of cases before applying for a visa you need to make an appointment at the Consulate. Some times you can only make an appointment 1-2 months in advance. We recommend you to contact the Consulate as soon as possible to make an appointment.
The fee for the visa might differ depending on the country where you apply – you might have your visa free of charge or might need to pay for it 35 or 60 euro. Those are the fees in case you apply for a visa directly at the Consulate. If you apply via Visa Center of the Dutch Consulate, Visa Center, Travel agency or another organization – those organizations might charge extra fees for their services.

If you submit all the requested documents on time the chance for the rejection of a visa is very small. In our experience the visas are mostly rejected if an applicant provides false information to the Consulate. This could be the major reason for rejections. We kindly ask you to check the documents before the application and make sure you only provide the correct information to the Consulate and in that case you most probably will receive a visa without any difficulties.

And of course if you have any questions regarding the visa application procedure we would be happy to assist at any stage of your application!
