Selection fee

Applicants are required to pay the selection fee in order to apply for the AYFN Scholarship Program. This fee is allocated to finance the judges’ honor, promotional cost and administration cost.

There are three options available to you when selecting a Selection Fee for Summer Japan Culture Camp 2024 (for non member of AYFN):

For members of AYFN, the selection fee is USD 10 (IDR 155.000).

Note:

• AYFN office is located in Indonesia. AYFN charges the selection fee in Indonesian Rupiah Currency (IDR) for MEMBER & SILVER option via Xendit (Debit and Credit card accepted). Conversion rate: USD 1 = IDR 15.500. Excluded: admin fee.
• We charge the selection fee in US Dollar for GOLD & PLATINUM option via PayPal (Debit and Credit Card accepted). Excluded: admin fee.
• Discount voucher can be redeemed to participate in the self-funded AYFN Programs.

Refund Policy

Member of AYFN USD 10 (IDR 155.000)

• Selection Fee is strictly non-refundable in all circumstances.

Silver USD $15 (IDR 215,000)

• Selection Fee is strictly non-refundable in all circumstances.

Gold  USD $25

Refunds & Credits

If applicants withdraw or be not selected as a scholarship awardee after the Selection Fee has been paid, they may request a refund or credit of their Selection Fee subject to the following policies:

1. Refund request must be done maximum 30 days after the announcement of the scholarship awardee is released. The Selection Fee can be retained as a credit in the participant’s name for future use on any AYFN program, subject to availability, for 12 months from the applicant’s earliest registered start date. Alternatively, the participant can opt for a 40% (USD 10) refund of their Selection Fee. Refund can only be made via PayPal.
2. Refund request in more than 30 days after the the announcement date of the scholarship awardee: No refund of Selection Fee.

Refunds & Credits

If applicants withdraw or be not selected as a scholarship awardee after the Selection Fee has been paid, they may request a refund or credit of their Selection Fee subject to the following policies:

1. Refund request must be done maximum 30 days after the announcement of the scholarship awardee is released. The Selection Fee can be retained as a credit in the participant’s name for future use on any AYFN program, subject to availability, for 12 months from the applicant’s earliest registered start date. Alternatively, the participant can opt for a 50% (USD 20) refund of their Selection Fee. Refund can only be made via PayPal.
2. Refund request in more than 30 days after the the announcement date of the scholarship awardee: No refund of Selection Fee.
