Selection fee
Applicants are required to pay the selection fee in order to apply for the AYFN Scholarship Program. This fee is allocated to finance the judges’ honor, promotional cost and administration cost.
There are three options available to you when selecting a Selection Fee for Autumn Japan Culture Camp 2024:
International Student
USD 10 (IDR 160,000)

- Strictly non-refundable in all circumstances
Non – Student
USD 15 (IDR 240,000)
- Dedicated to gapyear, worker, teacher, professional, etc.
- Admission to AYFN Scholarship Program: Autumn Japan Culture Camp 2024
- Strictly non-refundable in all circumstances
Member of AYFN
USD 5 (IDR 80,000)
- Dedicated to member of AYFN
- Admission to AYFN Scholarship Program: Autumn Japan Culture Camp 2024
- Strictly non-refundable in all circumstances
Note:
- AYFN office is located in Indonesia. AYFN charges the selection fee in Indonesian Rupiah Currency (IDR). Debit and Credit card are accepted. Conversion rate: USD 1 = IDR 16.000. Excluded: transaction fee of 5%.
