Scholarship Coverage
Coverage
AYFN will waive the program fee and provide travel grant.
- Flight expense support (Valued at Rp 7.000.000)
- Porgram fee waiver. It will cover accommodation 6D5N (Double shared), Meals (4 Breakfast and 4 Lunch), All activities indicated on schedule, All tour indicated on schedule, Local transports (Train and Bus), E-Certificate of participation from AYFN, Program supervision, In-country administration costs and souvenir from AYFN.
The scholarship will NOT cover: Visa processing fee, Additional flight expense, Personal expenses (travel insurance, internet, laundry, additional meals, and not mentioned in the scholarship coverage).
If you are not offered a scholarship, we may offer you a Partial Program Fee Waiver (10%, 20, and 30%).

Eligibility of applicant
You are required to meet these crieterias to apply for the scholarship.
- Must be Indonesian Citizen
- Must be between 15 – 40 years old
- Have an interest in Travel and Culture
- Physical and mental healthy
- Ready to document all activities (both writing and photograph)
Required documents
Please prepare all required documents before submitting your application.
- Curriculum Vittae (Resume) – Europass standard.
- 100 words Motivation letter on “Why do I need this scholarship?” – it can be in Bahasa Indonesia or English.
- 250 words Essay on “My traveling experience”. – it can be in Bahasa Indonesia or English.
