We cordially invite and welcome you to participate in the Winter Korean Culture Camp 2025 in Seoul facilitated by AYFN Academy (AYFN). The program will take place on 19 – 24 January 2025. Discover the various cultures and experiences in life! South Korea is a country that successfully blends modernism with oriental tradition!

Program fee and Facility

To join Winter Korean Culture Camp 2025 in Seoul, participants are required to pay the program fee. Program Fee covers the cost of hosting you on an AYFN program and gives back to participants as facilities during the program. Program Fees vary according to your chosen (Single or Double bed).

Important thing to note:

• This program attracts registration fee of US$35 in addition to the Program Fee. This covers all pre-departure support services from AYFN.
• 5% international processing fee is added at point of payment.
• Discount of USD 50 for member of AYFN and alumni.

• FLIGHT TICKET to and from South Korea from your home country
• Extra nights accommodation
• Personal insurance
• Personal expenses
• Airport transfer
• Meal excluded in schedule (dinner)
• Minibar in hotel
• Laundry
• Telephone.

Participation procedure

Eligibility:

• Age: 15 – 40 Years old
• All nationalities are welcomed to apply.
• Commit to join full program and be ready to return home after the program ends.
• Be able to cover all expenses.
• Be able to communicate in English.
• Be able to adapt new environment easily.
• Health physically and mentally

How to register as a self funded participant?

Step 1	Pay the registration fee (non-refundable). Member of AYFN: Free (Insert your member card in the registration form) Non member: USD 35 PAY NOW
Step 2	Fill up the registration form below. REGISTER NOW
Step 3	Get the confirmation from AYFN Academy.
Step 4	Pay down payment of the program fee (50%) to secure slot and price. Down Payment is non refundable and non transferable. AYFN will send you an invoice.
Step 5	Pay the rest of program fee (Due 30 days before the program started). AYFN will send you an invoice.
Step 6	Preparation: Visa processing (If needed) Language course (Online).
Step 7	Departure to Seoul, South Korea.
