Let’s experience spring time in Japan!!! Experience to have Inter-cultural learning and get to know about Japanese Culture in line with making a friend. It’s your turn to see and travel to Tokyo.  AYFN is delighted to invite you joining our youth and culture program in Japan. This is a distinguished program that suits your curiosity to have experimental learning!!

Program Description

Japan Culture Camp by AYFN is a cultural learning program designed to give an understanding on culture and social awareness for participants. This Japan program was started since 2015. This program enables participants to learn about Japanese culture in line with making a friend directly. This program is also an avenue to enhance knowledge and skill to face globalization. This is not student exchange, but youth and cultural exchange exposure program.

1. Cultural activities in Tokyo (Kimono experience).

5. Walk around the bustling shoping arcade of Ginza and Shibuya.

How does the Japan Culture Camp will work?

1. Participants will be met up in Tokyo Japan.
2. The program will combine sense of friendship, adventure and cultural awareness
3. Participants will live for 6 days in Tokyo, Japan
4. The program invites participants who passionate in international friendship and adapt new environment (culture differences) easily

Location of the program

This program will take place in Tokyo. Participants will have the unique opportunity to experience the historic capital of Japan, replete with its temples, shrines and traditional gardens. It is our hope that the program will inspire youth to pursue adventurous and productive careers and contribute to the advancement of science.

Accommodation and Meals

During this program participants will be accommodated in hotel with high quality standard. Living conditions in the hotel is very good and very clean (3-star hotel and good location). Males and females are accommodated in separate room. To enrich about Japanese Culture (daily life of Japanese), all participants will take public transports (Both Train and Bus) to go around the city during the program.

Japan is renowned for its tasty and healthy food.  Who don’t know Sushi, Ramen, Udon, etc? Breakfast and lunch will be provided during the program. But, for dinner, you should buy by yourselves. There are numerous amazing restaurants throughout Tokyo which you will be directed to by program staff if you wish to eat out occasionally.

Itinerary

Pre departure activity: 1 week Japanese Language Class (Online Class)

The program will be started on 13 April 2025 (Arrival in Tokyo) and will be ended on 18 April 2025. Participants will start their program at 8.00 a.m – 5.00 p.m every day (day 2 – day 4). In the evening, participants will have free time to explore the magnificent of Tokyo or go shopping.

Day 5 17 April 2024	Visit to Ueno Park, one of Tokyo’s most popular and lively cherry blossom spots with more than 1000 cherry trees lining its central pathway.
