AYFN Academy is here with an exciting opportunity that you should not miss! Applications are invited to apply for the AYFN EduTrip Scholarship 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for young ages 15-35 from ASEAN region to immerse themselves in the rich culture of designated countries (Japan, South Korea and Indonesia). Male/Female candidates passionate about culture, history, lifestyle, and language are invited to apply. The duration of each program is 6 days – 2 weeks. During the program, the participants will experience traditional cultural activities, visit iconic landmarks, and connect with local people.

Scholarship Coverage
AYFN offers full scholarship covering:
- All program-related expenses including tuition waiver
- Pre-departure language course fee (online)
- Round-trip international air fare (Economy class – Max: USD 500)
- Accommodation during placement period
- Meals (breakfast and lunch)
- Visa processing fee support (max USD 50-if needed)
The scholarship will NOT cover: Personal expenses (travel insurance, internet, laundry, additional meals, and not mentioned in the scholarship coverage).
Eligibility
Applicants of AYFN EduTrip Scholarship 2025 should meet the following criteria:
- Must be Citizen of an ASEAN Member State plus Timor Leste (Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Viet Nam and Timor Leste);
- Must be between 15 – 35 years old
- Have an interest in community development;
- In sound physical and mental health;
- Able to communicate in English
Required documents
- Curriculum Vittae (Resume) – Europass CV Format
- 250 words Motivation letter on “Why do you need this scholarship? And motivation about destination country and how this program (scholarship) will help you in the future.”
- 250 words Essay on “Why do you deserve this scholarship?” Show your interest, your strengths, weaknesses, uniqueness, achievements. And also what contributions will you give back to AYFN Academy.
- Proof of selection fee payment.
- All documents must be in the English language.

Terms & Conditions
- We attract selection fee in USD and or Indonesia’s Currency (IDR) since our office is located in Indonesia.
- Selection fee will be used to support the development of AYFN Programs, Promotions, Judges/reviewers’ honor and selection process.
- The number of scholarship is limited.

- The judges’ decision is final.
