Good Day! My friend and I are interested in this opportunity, particularly with the scholarship. Although we already joined an exchange program also in Osaka, Japan last 2017, we still want to be part of this opportunity to have a deeper understanding of Japan’s culture. I would just like to ask if it’s still possible for us to apply for this opportunity given that case? Thank you!
