Experience Korea this winter through AYFN’s Korean Culture Camp Program 2026—a dynamic short-term immersion designed for students, youth, and lifelong learners eager to dive into the heart of Korean language and culture.

This enriching program, jointly organized by The AYFN Academy and trusted local partners, aims to deepen international understanding of the Republic of South Korea. Through a thoughtfully curated blend of language practice, cultural activities, and guided excursions, participants will gain firsthand insight into Korea’s unique identity—a vibrant fusion of cutting-edge modernity and enduring tradition.

Whether you’re strolling through historic palaces in Seoul, crafting kimchi in a hands-on workshop, rolling kimbap in a traditional kitchen, or savoring a steaming bowl of ramyun with new friends, every moment is designed to engage your senses and expand your perspective. You’ll also have the chance to wear traditional hanbok, explore iconic landmarks, and discover the artistry behind Korea’s most beloved customs.

Open to international participants of all Korean language levels, the program emphasizes experiential learning and cultural exchange. Activities

Korean language learning

We offer beginner-friendly Korean language classes designed for those taking their first steps in the language. Participants will learn fundamental skills such as introducing themselves, exchanging greetings, listening comprehension, and engaging in simple daily conversations. The curriculum emphasizes interactive and experiential learning, ensuring that students stay engaged and build confidence quickly.

Beyond the classroom, participants will have real-life opportunities to practice their language skills by interacting with local communities—whether through casual conversations at markets, cultural events, or group activities. These authentic experiences are key to developing practical communication abilities and gaining cultural insight, making language learning both effective and enjoyable.

Korean culture learning

Participants will have the exciting opportunity to eat traditional food kimchi—the iconic Korean dish—hands-on, gaining insight into Korea’s rich culinary heritage. Alongside this, they will immerse themselves in traditional culture by wearing hanbok, Korea’s elegant traditional clothing, and taking part in other authentic cultural activities.

In addition, the program includes a comprehensive Seoul tour, where participants will visit key cultural and historical landmarks that reflect the heart and soul of Korea. The tour itinerary features Namsan Tower, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, Nami Island, and Insadong Gil—each offering unique glimpses into Korea’s history, traditions, and contemporary society. These experiences are designed to deepen cultural understanding and create lasting memories through exploration and interaction.
