Comprehensive Support
From the moment you arrive at Kansai airport – Osaka, our staff will ensure a smooth experience. We’ll take care of all transportation between accommodations, classes, and activities. Our team will stay nearby and be available throughout the program to assist and ensure your safety.
Almost All-Inclusive
The program fee covers nearly everything: Japanese cultural lessons, daily activities, accommodation, three meals a day, airport pickup and drop-off, and daily transportation. Please note that drinks and personal expenses are not included.

| Step 6 | Pay the rest of program fee (Due 30 days before the program started). AYFN will send you an invoice |
| Step 7 | 4 sessions Japanese Language course (Online) – 2 weeks before departure. |

Payment Policy
- Students/participants are required to pay the Down Payment in the amount of USD 200 to secure a place in the program.
- Applicants shall bear all transaction fees (during payments and refunds).
- Lesson(s) may be cancelled due to natural disasters such as typhoons
and heavy rain. In this case, the cancelled lessons will be substituted with an
assignments, etc. No refund will be made for cancelled lessons/activities.
